We respect your rights and choices regarding your personal data. If you need our assistance, please contact us through our customer support, and our customer service representatives will assist you via customer support chat. Additionally, our Data Protection Office team will also be available to help you via email.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account using the self-service feature within the MuseWallet app. Upon account deletion, your user data will be simultaneously removed. Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the MuseWallet app.
  2. Go to the Profile page.
  3. Enter the Account Security page.
  4. Click the “Delete Account” menu, then follow the prompts to use this feature.

If you encounter any difficulties during the account deletion process or have questions regarding your data deletion, please contact us for support via the following methods:

  • Customer Support Chat: Communicate online with our customer service representatives through the “Customer Support” feature within the MuseWallet app.
  • Email: You can also send an email to service@musepay.io with the subject line “DATA INQUIRY” to contact us. Our Data Protection Office team will assist you.

Please understand that in certain specific circumstances (e.g., for legal and regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering, fraud detection, or compliance audit purposes), we may need to retain some of your information in accordance with applicable laws, or we may not be able to fully fulfill your deletion request.

To ensure your account security, we typically require identity verification when processing your deletion request.

We generally respond to such requests free of charge, but we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for repetitive or manifestly excessive requests, in accordance with applicable laws.

Furthermore, if you withdraw certain necessary consents or fail to provide the information we require, we may be unable to provide you with or continue to provide all or part of the MuseWallet service’s functionalities.
